Personal Training at the YMCA of East Tennessee
When you work with a YMCA trainer, you gain a partner dedicated to your success. Each session is customized to your goals, abilities, and schedule — whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel healthier and more confident.
One-On-One Training
Work directly with a certified trainer who creates a personalized fitness plan designed for your goals and abilities, motivates you along the way, and works with your schedule for training sessions.

- 1 Session: $55
- 3 Sessions: $155
- 6 Sessions: $255
- 12 Sessions: $485
- 24 Sessions: $900
- 30-Minute Training Options:
- 6 Sessions: $155

- 48 Sessions: $900

Partner Training
Have a certified trainer work with you and a friend or family member for extra motivation and shared success.
1 Hour Sessions:
- 1 Session: $35 (per participant)
- 6 Sessions: $175 (per participant)

Small Group Training
We offer various Small Group Training options across our Y locations. Find the best fit for you and register online.
- Small Group Training: Small group sessions combine the energy of a class with the personal attention of a trainer.
- Women’s Only Training: Train side-by-side with other women and a female trainer to feel knowledgable and empowered to work toward your goals.
- Teen Training: Teen-specific training to help teens learn the basics of lifting, strength training, and gaining a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
