SmartStart Orientation
If you’re new to the Y or returning to exercise, schedule your free SmartStart Orientation! You’ll meet with a wellness coach to set goals, learn equipment, and build a fitness plan that’s right for you.
Pedaling 4 Parkinson’s

Move for Better Mobility and Strength
This unique cycling program helps individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease improve coordination, strength, and confidence. Led by trained instructors, Pedaling 4 Parkinson’s uses research-based methods to enhance physical function and quality of life through rhythmic cycling and community support.

Chiropractic Care

Restore Balance and Movement
Through our trusted community partners, the YMCA offers on-site chiropractic care to help members reduce pain, improve alignment, and restore mobility.
Dr. Dave Corbitt, DC, works in-house at our Downtown Y, providing chiropractic care in a convenient location for Y Members. His practice, Corbitt Chiropractic Center, accepts most major insurance. Contact Dr. Corbitt at 865-405-6427.
Massage Therapy

Relax. Recover. Rejuvenate.
Massage therapy at the YMCA helps relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery from workouts or injury. Available by appointment at the Tennova branch, these services are provided by licensed massage therapists in a comfortable, professional setting.

Relaxation Massage
A classic massage that incorporates the main Swedish techniques to stimulate circulation, reduce tension, relieve stress, and promote overall relaxation.
- 30 minutes: $50 for Y Members; $60 for Non-Member Guests
- 60 minutes: $65 for Y Members; $75 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $85 for Y Members; $95 for Non-Member Guests
Deep Tissue Massage
A massage that restores the structural and functional integrity of the body by improving posture, stimulating circulation and relieving pain from trigger points.
- 30 minutes: $55 for Y Members; $65 for Non-Member Guests
- 60 minutes: $75 for Y Members; $85 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $90 for Y Members; $100 for Non-Member Guests
Hot Stone Massage
A sensory-indulging treatment that uses warm stones in tandem with the therapist’s hands to melt away tension and stress.
- 60 minutes: $80 for Y Members; $90 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $100 for Y Members; $110 for Non-Member Guests
Aromatherapy Massage
A stress-reducing, aromatic experience that induces relaxation of the nervous system. Choose from relaxing, rejuvenating, balancing and energizing.
- 60 minutes: $70 for Y Members; $80 for Non-Member Guests
- 90 minutes: $90 for Y Members; $100 for Non-Member Guests

Sandra Corbitt, LMT, LMNT and owner of The Power of Touch massage, works in-house at our Downtown Y and offers massage discounts for Y members. Sandra specializes in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and sports massage.
