Adult Sports at the YMCA of East Tennessee
With leagues, clinics, and open gym sessions, our adult sports programs are designed for every fitness level — from casual players to dedicated athletes. Stay active, challenge yourself, and be part of a welcoming community.
Basketball
Downtown Y / Cansler Y / Pilot Y / Tennova Y:
- Join a pickup game in our hardwood floor basketball courts to stay fit, sharpen your skills, and enjoy friendly competition. Find Open Gym time on our schedules.
Pickleball
Downtown Y:
- Reserve our indoor courts any time the hardwood studio is not in use! View schedules to find a time to play!
Cansler Y / Pilot Y / Tennova Y:
- Indoor pickleball in the basketball gym on select days and times. View schedules to find a time to play!
Davis Y:
- Reserve our outdoor courts for private play, join a pickup game, or register for a league or clinic. Register through the Y.
Racquetball
Downtown Y / Tennova Y: Reserve our courts at any time to play!
Martial Arts
Cansler Y / Pilot Y / Tennova Y:
- Ongoing Martial Arts classes for all ages offered year-round by Grand Master Eun and the team at TTJC (Tennessee Taekwondo Judo College). Register at defenseking.com.
Davis Y:
- Ongoing Karate, Kobudo, Self Defense, and Samurai Sword classes for all ages offered by Samurai Dragons. Register at samuraidragons.com.
Rock Climbing

Yes. Guests can purchase a daily pass for $12 per person or $25 per household to join in open play sessions.
