Dance & Gymnastics
Move. Grow. Shine.
At the YMCA, we believe in helping every child discover their rhythm, strength, and self-confidence. Our Youth Dance and Gymnastics programs combine movement, music, and fun with skill-building that supports healthy development in spirit, mind, and body.
From beginner dancers to young tumblers, kids will find a positive, encouraging environment where they can express themselves, make friends, and grow stronger every week.
