Lace up your running shoes and join the YMCA of East Tennessee for the 11th Annual Ridge Runner 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run at beautiful Big Ridge State Park! Whether you’re an experienced trail runner or looking for a fun family event, there’s a race for everyone. Best of all, proceeds benefit YMCA health, wellness, and youth programs.

• 5K: $30 pre-registration | $35 race day
• 1-Mile Fun Run: $15 pre-registration | $20 race day

Event Information

• T-Shirts: Guaranteed for participants registered by September 11, 2026.
• Packet Pickup: Race numbers will be available at the race site beginning 45 minutes before the start. Numbers will not be mailed.
• Awards: Medals will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in each age division. All 1-Mile Fun Run participants will receive a participation ribbon.

All race proceeds support the YMCA of East Tennessee’s Annual Campaign, to provide Y programs like childcare and swim lessons to our neighbors who need us most.
